Excellent all around, let me tell you why: First, let me explain how this works, because the website doesn't really tell you: This is a prime rib restaurant, and everything else is served buffet style. You pay at the counter before you sit down (like a typical Vegas buffet), then they take you to your table and grab your drink order. Next, off to the buffet for soup and salad. Once you finish soup and salad, then swing back up to the buffet for your sides (baked potato, mashed potato, au gratin potato, spinach or mixed vegetables - there may have been more, I don't recall all the choices). When you return to the table, then the prime rib guy (for lack of a better term) wheels the cart over to your table and cuts you off a 10 ounce piece to your liking. I was told the prime rib is cooked at a high temperature for 3 hours, then left in a low temperature oven for 24 hours to roast. Let me tell you, however they're doing it - it's working because my steak was tender enough to cut with cotton candy. After you finish your steak, back to the buffet for desserts - there were a variety. I had a slice of apple pie and a slice of rhubarb pie - both were okay. Now, let's make sure to set the right expectations: this is a buffet style restaurant at $27.99 per person, so don't think you're going into a fine dining establishment - but the quality was outstanding for the money. I usually post nice pictures of our dinners, but the reviews here are flooded with plenty, so instead I'll post a picture of our aftermath and a view from the lounge where we had cocktails while we waited for our table. We will definitely be back - we loved it.

Everything was fabulous, food is great, service superb, atmosphere and view great. Everyone goes out if their way to make you feel welcome.

This review is for Matthew our Carver. What an awesome young man you are. So happy, great customer service..

Boy, this is a mixed bag. First off, the 4 stars is because the prime rib was truly tender and delicious. Okay... Welcome to 1977, with Salad bars, desert bars, and hot bacon salad dressing. Decor that is slightly harvest gold, and slightly avocado green, and Formica everywhere. Everything looks dated, but I think the dated looking lamps were actually led, so it may be the decor is by design. In any case, you make a reservation (you're going to need a reservation, and not the day of), show up, pay up (yes, you pay for the meal way before you get the meal), and wait for them to call your name. Not a long wait, TBH. Once seated, we were seated in a beautiful corner window, with views of the river, casinos, and mountains, and you are well taken care of. If you want an alcohol drink, grab that wallet again because you're going to pay separately, but coffee and soft drinks come with the meal. You go back to the salad bar, and make yourself a salad. This did not go well for me, as I am woefully out of practice, and don't expect too much imagination, there isn't a lot of choices. Although, there is the aforementioned Hot bacon dressing. After your salad, traipse back to the salad bar, where you will note, there is also a bar with your sides. Four types of potato, some cooked veggies, and creamed spinach (the low point of the meal for me) when you get back to your table, low and behold, your salad dishes are gone, and a nice man shows up to carve you some prime rib. You may also choose salmon or Chicken Cordon Blue. The Prime rib was amazing, and we took some home in a doggie bag which was provided to us by our very efficient, and friendly waiter (maybe I should have tipped more, but I tipped for service for a meal I hadn't been served, about an hour ago, so you can't blame me for playing it safe). One more trip back to the bar, this time for very, run of the mill, extremely unimaginative slices of cakes and pies. If you want to be a complete hypocrite, you can choose sugar free. Wash that down with some coffee, and you've had a very passable dinner in Laughlin NV. One more thing, don't bother dressing nice, the clientele didn't, with a plethora of football team shirts on display, most of them sporting names of players who long since retired, pair that with a pair of shorts down to mid calf, some sneakers with no socks, and there you go.

Truly tender Prime Rib! We ate here only 3 days after having dental surgery. The meat almost melted in your mouth!! The service was a bit slow to bring our ice tea; then again it was a packed house that evening too! All in all, it was a wonderful experience & my husband & I have been back several times. Also, their Chicken Cordon Bleu was very moist, tender & delicious.

Amazing prime rib if you order rare. 3 of us ordered medium rare and it was tough and dry. We had to send them all back and it was perfect when they came back. Our waiter was nice about it too. One of our friend ordered rare in the first place so he was happy. We made reservations about more than a week ago for Sunday at 6:30pm. It was busy! But we were seated quickly. The unlimited salad/hot bar was good and had a good variety. Theres also a dessert station that I didn't try. After we got food from the bar, our waiter asked if we are ready for our prime ribs and then he placed the order. They came out quick! Located in Riverside Resort. I would come back next time I'm in Laughlin. This place is really good! No wonder the couple we met in Laughlin raved about it and came to eat with us again even though they just had it 3 days ago. Casual restaurant.

A waitress Mary I was a hoot, very friendly, professional, and attentive. The restaurant was clean. The windows were very clean so you can look out and see the river and the boaters while you are enjoying your meal. The salad bar was nice and full, the food was lettuce crispy, spinach was fresh and they had hot bacon dressing which was delicious. Prime rib was on point cooked the way we liked it. Nice place for family and friends.
